Experimenting With Hairstyles☆

When it comes to doing my hair i'm not the greatest.

I'm more of a bone straight or curled ends kind of gal. If i'm feeling WILD, you might see me in some type of half up do LOL Every year I go through an experimental phase, where I just kind of sit down with a wig and a reference photo from a magazine and see what happens from there. Sometimes I surprise myself and other times I waste 3 hours turning my hair into a fucking mess. Either way, I learn something at the end of each session...I think. 

Nice wigs aren't cheap, so I like to keep them in their true form for as long a possible. Only until the wig starts loosing it's perfection, is when I get more adventurous with styling.

I've had this wig for over two years at the time. Originally, it was just a straight synthetic blend lace front, but over time I started putting waves and curls.

I loved how flawless the mixture of colours were and that it went well with my skin tone.

How I Did The Hairstyle Above

Soooo I can't curl hair to save my life. Sometimes it's easy and other times I swear my straightener and curling iron hate me! So I ended up using my straightener to heat up the hair, wrapped it around my two fingers (that were protected with foil) for 40 seconds and then pin up the curl...WEIRD RIGHT!? BUT IT WORKS!

I sprayed the curls and let them stay pinned up for about an hour.

Did a bit of teasing,  pinned some feathers, and done! 

Not perfect but the look is there and it was so fun to do!

I don't go anywhere (obviously because of Rona), so now I wear my cute codes and lashes to the grocery store which is kind of fun tbh.

Since i'm back in school i've been opening up my laptop quite often to do work, so I actually feel like using Fb and writing blog post (Plus insta use to be my safe place for post gal stuff, but not anymore. This is also the reason I stopped posting other gals in my stories).

There are lots of post that I wrote up but never published, so I can't wait to get those up on the blog🍵.   I want to start interacting with other gals on their blogs again as well!

Ontario Gyaru: Winter Summit 2015☆

Hello hello helloヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノ~! Jan. 31st was finally Ontario's Gal Winter Summit in Toronto! It was a nice day that included bubble tea, shopping at Jealousy Beauty, having dinner at DonDon Izakaya and belting out lyrics at karaoke. I was so busy taking everyone else's pics, I forgot to take a selfie. Which is kind of good because I wasn't having the greatest makeup day（；￣д￣）. Well this was my look for the meet!

It was wonderful seeing all my loves again and the new faces as well. Everyone has busy lives, but I hope to see them all again real soon.
